Yoga Love

A gentle alignment based Hatha yoga class for all levels. In each class, the teacher will meet you where you are in your practice. Optimal Wellness Collective believes in creating an inviting and accepting environment for students to reconnect with their wholeness. Practice yoga with us online or in-person.

Yoga Flow

An intermediate to advanced vinyasa flow yoga class designed to develop strength and flexibility while connecting to body alignment, breath, and mindfulness.

*Levels 1-3.

Mat Pilates

Sculpt and see results in our Pilates mat classes designed to challenge the beginner and the practicing Pilates student. Pilates is a full body-conditioning program that
improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, and develop abdomen, lower back and buttocks
strength, while creating a strong body core.

Yin Restorative Yoga

Relax, reduce stress levels, restore, and breathe! An active restorative style of yoga where the poses are practiced lying down or sitting on the floor, and each pose is held for up to four or five minutes per pose to activate the different energy lines in the body (think meridians and chi).

Meditation & Pranayama

Learn mindfulness meditations and pranayama practices for stress reduction, relaxation, and focus. This class will offer a variety of techniques and focused space for quietude to explore the body, mind, and spirit. Class length will vary. See schedule.

Yoga Nidra

Explore the stages of meditation including subtle energy body, and lay the groundwork for a deeply relaxing and potentially transformative experience. Yoga Nidra is an evidence-based ancient transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that can release reoccurring emotions and thought patterns, calm the nervous system and develops an inner sanctuary of well-being and equanimity that underlies all circumstance you may encounter in your life.

Power Yoga Lunch

A 45-minute all level power vinyasa flow to invigorate the body and reset the mind.
Make time for what is important to your body, mind, and spirit. Positively impact your
day – everyday with this class designed for the busy schedule and a healthy lifestyle.
