Most people understand that their bodies and minds are connected but those who practice some form of Ayurveda know that this goes much deeper into the soul and spirit. Ayurveda aims to promote all around good heath rather that attempt to treat specific diseases. Utilizing our surrounding and bodies by learning the connection to our soul and the earth can begin an amazing change for most!
Ayurvedic medicine — also known as Ayurveda — is one
of the world’s oldest holistic (whole-body) healing systems. It was
developed thousands of years ago in India.
It
is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate

In the U.S., Ayurveda is considered a form of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM).
